Srini Sundar is a Founder and CEO of a fast-growing, cutting-edge integrated logistics technology solutions provider and services company “UNANU”, carries with him a BS in Computer Science and Masters in Finance. He is an industry veteran with a unique background in Software and has rich experience in Logistics. Prior to UNANU, Srini was in California, USA for 20 years, managing multiple cloud managed solutions and ERP implementations for large clients such as Oracle, Google and an array of verticals like Pharma, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Tech companies. Prior to his stint in the IT sector, Srini was a partner at his family Logistics business, a renowned transportation firm located in India specialized in surface movement.
With his rich exposure in the logistics domain, Srini Sundar is well poised to bring in disruptive technology in logistics industry.

Mr. Sathish Varadachari, Chief Finance Officer

Sathish Varadachari has 29 years of Finance and Management experience across Manufacturing, Financial Services, Information Technology and Finance Shared Services industry. Prior to this stint, he was leading a 250+ member Team in Shell India Finance Shared Services company, part of Royal Dutch Shell.

Have successfully sourced Long term Debt funds during his long stint with different industry verticals. He has immense exposure in Corporate Finance, Business Analytics, Operational Performance Management system, Continuous improvement, Designing and implementing Financial controls as part of Governance, Risk and Assurance in Finance. Led Knowledge Management Project in Finance Shared Services handling global stakeholders.

Sathish holds a CA from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and CS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a Six Sigma Green Belt certified professional.
