Cancellation & Refund Policy



Refund Policy :

Our policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have gone by since service has been used, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
Any issues of material missing during shipment should be reported within 24 hours via mail to support@unanu.com.
In case if the service has been cancelled before four hours of truck departure to the pick up point, the refund will be credited back to customer by original method of payment within 7-10 working days(in applicable cases).

Late or missing refunds :

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Cancellation Policy :

Cancellation of any service due to any reasons must be notified before the vehicle is assigned or before 4 hours in case of long distance trips. Cancellation charges are applicable if vehicle has reached pick-up place and shipper has failed to intimate us via call/ application / mail.
